Every fuelling day prepared before the first flight
Flight schedules received as files, allocation between into-plane operators worked out in spreadsheets, qualifications tracked outside any system: every flight change means starting the preparation again.
Aircharge Supervision centralises the flight schedule, fed in real time or as a forecast (API, daily file, FIDS), and builds the hourly fuelling plan according to contract type, on arrival or on departure. For each flight, AI estimates the uplift, the fuelling duration and the departure time from the vehicle depot, based on the station's history.
The contract engine allocates flights between into-plane operators by airline, aircraft family and flight type. Operator and vehicle master data keep statuses, shifts and qualifications up to date.
