On most refuellers, the meter reading is noted and copied by the operator. It is the first source of discrepancies at the end of the day.
Aircharge Controller is a unit designed by Synaxe on WAGO industrial components, proven in high-vibration, high-temperature environments. It reads the meter register (RS-232, Modbus) along with the parking brake and power take-off signals, and sends them to the handheld through an industrial Wi-Fi access point. It is retrofitted to the existing fleet.
Modular, it accepts a CANbus card for speed or interlocks and is ready for charge monitoring on electric refuellers. Its architecture follows the French cybersecurity agency (ANSSI) guidelines for industrial systems. It already equips hydrant dispensers at Paris-CDG and Paris-Orly.
